  • Development Update

    As many of you are aware, the Fort Worth Zoning Commission hearing on the Rio Claro development was held Wednesday afternoon. Honestly, we could not have asked for a better outcome! The Commission decided to grant a 60-day continuance for the zoning request, but insisted that time be used to rework the plan to reduce or eliminate the A-5 housing. Commissioner Jacob Wurman, who represents District 7 on the Commission, insisted that the developer go back and work on A-10 and A-7.5 lots as a buffer between our current communities and the A-5 housing coming in from Cibolo Hills. There is more work to do, but this was as big a win as we could have hoped for! Click Full Story for more information.

(Note: The Development Committee was officially formed during our last board meeting to help mitigate communication gaps between Bonds Ranch Home Owners, association and the developer).
