This is a notification that a representative of the Rio Claro Development has agreed to talk to the Development Committee on February 2, 2022 @3:30 PM via ZOOM to address updates to development timelines and previous community stated concerns. (Note: The Development Committee was officially formed during our last board meeting to help mitigate communication gaps between Bonds Ranch Home Owners, association and the developer)

This meeting will not be open to the public but will be recorded and posted to view at your leisure at https://www.bondsranchhoa.com/news/news-current.aspx

If you already have questions you would like for us to ask on your behalf you can also email those as well, however do not feel that this is your only chance to get your questions answered. We hope the developer will entertain future collaboration meetings between us.
