Community-Wide Internet Proposal

The HOA is currently exploring the idea of entering into a community-wide internet service agreement for Lago Vista residents. This potential agreement could offer several benefits:

• Faster, more reliable service
• Lower monthly costs through bulk pricing
• Simplified billing and customer support
• Improved property value and appeal

💡 What We’re Considering:

• Partnering with a single internet provider for Lago Vista
• Including internet service in HOA dues
• Ensuring high-speed service that supports remote work, streaming, and more

⚠️ Important Note:

To move forward with this plan, a community vote would be required to amend the governing documents (CC&Rs). This amendment would grant the Board of Directors the authority to enter into a bulk utility agreement on behalf of all homeowners.
