Lago Vista Road Construction Update

We are pleased to announce that Zamora Construction has been chosen to complete repairs and improvements to the Lago Vista roads. The work is scheduled to begin on September 11, 2023.
Please keep in mind that that due to costs this is a multi-year plan with different areas being completed as funds are available. The first sections to be completed in September are listed below in the order they will be completed and were chosen based on research done and the opinions of asphalt contractors. Additional areas will be addressed in the next few months.
It is planned for one travel lane to be open to residents at all times while work is completed. Should it become necessary to close both lanes, this will only be temporary during off peak hours of 9am to 4pm. It is estimated that the work will be completed in 5 days.
Please be advised that there could be possible delays beyond the control of Zamora Construction.
