Please plan on attending the Zoning Meeting next Wednesday, 4/13 at City Hall!

There has been no new land plan submitted to the HOA Board or Board-appointed work group at this time. Ryan Smith (our Community Manager) and the NW Neighborhood Alliance have been very helpful in this process, and we have let Peloton know we are awaiting a new land plan based upon the Zoning Commission's 60-day continuance before entertaining any sort of discussions with Peloton.
