New Management Company

Happy New Year! Legacy Southwest is excited to be working with your community. We realize there was confusion caused by our initial letters and invoices that you received recently. We are hopeful you experience minimal inconveniences due to the transition to a new management company. As in the past, payment of Association dues is expected by January 31st. However, due to the transition, your board has decided that late fees will not be assessed until March 1st, 2021. Additionally, when Legacy Southwest receives final account balances from the prior management company, updated statements will be mailed showing any amounts that were prepaid prior to the transition.
