found him in the parking lot of Eagle Mountain High School, he has a collar that reads “O’Leary” but i don’t see a tag for a name. he walked right up to my car and is super friendly but never tried getting in. I can’t take him because i have other dogs and only live in an apartment, but im hoping this can help him find his home
